ADMISSIONS
Eligibility.

Minimum and maximum age limit is 17 and 25 years respectively. There is no age limit for who has undergone ANM/LHV.

Minimum Education:

10+2(preferable Science) from any recognized institute with minimum 45% marks and English individually. 5% of total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.

Registered ANM with pass marks & with 40% in English in 10+2.

Students should be medically fit.

Candidates should be unmarried.

Selection and Admission Requirement.

Candidates should apply in prescribed form. Incomplete application shall be rejected.

Enclose all the documents required as mentioned in the form failing to which application shall be rejected.

All candidates should seat for the entrance test and personal interview conducted by the school.

Candidate called for personal interview should produce their original documents.

All candidates selected for the course should undergo medical fitness test and produce the fitness certificate during the time of admission failing to which seat will be cancelled.

The selected candidates should take admission before the last date of admission, failing to which the seat will be considered as declined and will be given to the waiting list candidate.

Application fees and admission fees once paid will not be refunded at any cost.

Selected Candidates has to produce Medical fitness form ( Appendix I) during admission, failing to which will be considered unfit or seat will be cancelled.
